Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (extra for
  • pizza topping)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • Seasoning for dough: garlic powder, onion powder,
  • and mixed herbs
  • Marinara Sauce (I prefer to make my own, you can find the recipe under the Extras tab)
    Tools
  • Rolling Pin
  • Wax paper
  • Pizza stone or baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Put almond flour and Mozzarella in a medium
  2. bowl and mix
  3. Microwave for 1 min, stirn in cream cheese and
  4. microwave for 30 sec
  5. Mix dough with your hands and roll in a bal
  6. Place on wax paper and place another sheet of wax on
  7. top and begin spreading out with a rolling pin. It should
  8. spread evenly with dough-like consistency.
  9. Poke rows of holes with a fork to avoid bubbles.
  10. Put in 425-degree oven
  11. After 8 minutes check the crust and poke holes
  12. if there are bubbles.
  13. Add desired pizza toppings.
  14. Continue cooking for a total of 12 to 14 minutes or
  15. until slightly brown and golden.
