Chicken Fingers


  • 8 ounces chicken breast tenderloins about 6 pieces
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Basil
  • 2 Tbsp Oregeno
  • Salt
  • 2 large egg
  • Avocado or coconut oil for frying


  1. Whisk egg in a large bowl. Season with salt
  2. and set aside.
  3. Add almond flour, parmesan cheese, basil,
  4. oregano and parsley to a shallow dish or pan
  5. and whisk together.
  6. Coat both sides of chicken with egg and then
  7. flour mixture.
  8. Fry in small batches until golden brown.
  9. Dip in your favorite keto friendly sauce and enjoy!
